Analysis of the New Cybersecurity Directions

The Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (“CERT-IN”) released a new set of Directions on 28th April 2022 (”Directions”) under Section 70B(6) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, relating to information security practices, procedure, prevention, response and reporting of cyber security incidents, a step towards safe & trusted internet ecosystem in India.
